The first cricket event
by R.C.M.Nextgen, had us playing against RC Galaxy at the YMCA grounds
Nandanam.
Scoring 100 runs after
losing 5 wickets, the RCCK team won the first match by 26 runs. Annet Rohan,
being the hero of the match, making 50 runs and taking the max wickets.
In the next round, RCCK
lost to the winners of the tournament, RC Cosmos. The team put up a very strong
challenge with Rtn. Sai Venkat even fracturing his finger while trying to take
a catch.
The surprise performer
was Anne Payal, who batted, bowled and fielded like a star.
