The speaker this evening was none
other than our very own member, Rajashree.
Rajashree, who heads the financial delivery
vertical at Capgemini, talked to members on her vocation explaining what she
does. Rajshreee had been part of creating financial products for some to the
largest banks and financial institutions across the world.
She mentions her first challenge
as being put into a interface with
customer early on in the career to take a briefing on a very large
assignment, just because the responsible person was not in office at that
point. She handled that well and from then on has walked the road of success
without looking back.
She is helped by her employer due
to the flexi work environment which allows her to work 3 days a week from her
home. The other 3 days is a long drive from Kilpauk to Maraimalai Nagar, but
she doesn’t find it difficult. This is
because she loves driving and keeps herself occupied talking to her team or customers.
