The Club celebrated its Charter Day as the 25th Charter day celebration on 21st July 2024 at the Madras Club. The evening was hosted by Ann Kalpana and Rtn. Karthik Sabanayagam a Charter Member of the Club.
The event was well organised and fast moving, the MC for the evening was Rtn Raji and the welcome address was delivered by Pres. Rtn. Tarun Agarwal. Charter President Hari Ratan spoke for a few minutes on the Club's past and focusing on the future path of the Club. Rtn. Karthik Sabanayagam spoke about the path the club has taken over the last many years and how we reached where we are today.
Rtns., Nirmal Nahar and Ravikrishnan provided entertainment for the evening.
A few PDGs and members frpm other Rotary Clubs were present.
Lady Rotarians and Annes of the Club made the event complete with their cheer and presence.
Our very Mallu dancing sisters Pooja and Dhanya choreographed a short sitting (dance) movement before we ended the evening.
