CNC Training

Vocational Services Project in March 2016 to train 23 students in CNC Programming & Machining:
Project Cost: Rs.4.00 Lacs

The Vocational team consisted of Director Vocational Services, Rtn.Sudhir Takker, and Rtn.Mukund Bhaiya, Rtn.Rajashree Thandy, & Rtn.Jagdeesh Srinivasan.This team conceptualized this entire program. The new members Mukund, Jagdeesh & Rajashree put in all their efforts and identified the trainees, 23 candidates in all. Sudhir made all the efforts for their lodging and boarding. With these three major hurdles accomplished, the program started on 1st March 2016, along with Micromatic Machine Tools Pvt. Ltd., Villivakkkam, Chennai.

The 23 students were enthusiastic throughout the 5 weeks of training and scored very good marks and the teachers/trainers were very happy about their performance. The students also appreciated the training provided and the lodging & boarding facilities provided and were thankful to ourclub for sponsoring all this.

RCCK would like to thank the trainers and everybody at Micromatic Machine Tools Pvt.Ltd. for helping these students during their entire period of the training.

The Vocational team & Micromatic are trying to place these students and their CVs have also been circulated to many Head Hunters. We are confident that all these students will be placed in companies by end of April 2016.

The Vocational team is charged up with the response and success of this first training program and we will work with Micromatic on a long term basis to provide training to students from the economically challenged background.
