Vocational Service Awards

The awards were handed over at the regular meeting of the RC Chennai Kilpauk, (4th July 2014).

The recipients of the awards were:

  Lifeguards - Kanimurugan and Sudhakar
  Arul Sundar Raj - Hotel Connemara

  C. Kathirvel - Ambulance driver

Each recipient was also given a cash award of Rs 2500/-

Rtn. Suchitra Sagar, District Vocational Chair was the Chief Guest for the evening.

Rtn Ravikant impromptu matched the cash award for the recipients.

Dear friends,

We are starting the new RI year with a vocations awards nite on our first meeting on the 4th July

The recipients are going to be :
1. Kadir, the ambulance pilot who brought the heart from GH to Fortis Malar
2. A life guard identified through Exnora
3. A fire services personnel attached with the Kilpauk fire station.

We need urgent help from all those who worked on the last awards, with the wording of the citation etc and the event flow.

The biggest help will be a great attendance to make the event a great success.
